Two independent wash waggons, positioned right side and left side of the track, allow a rigid support of one side and optionally one front brush each.
The plant is designed for the wash of trains in drive-through wash halls with overhead wire.
Each wash waggon is equipped with a terminal box which houses all necessary control components. An emergency stop switch is also provided.
All steel parts are sand blasted and especially painted in order to ensure |

a permanent protection against corrosion. Movable parts, e.g. bearings (partially), as well as chains and spray systems are made of stainless steel.
Electronically, the station is integrated in a whole train wash system with other wash-, water- and water recycling aggregates. The whole system is PLC-based with several options which can be created to the customer`s wishes, e.g. Touch screen display, PC-system, Registration of operating data,
